β Interview Process
Our interview process is simple:
- We have a quick initial 15-30 min call to establish mutual interest
- Then, for certain levels and roles of experience, we may conduct a technical 1 hour interview
- Then, we conduct a 2-3 hour interview consisting of cultural interviews with co-founding CEO, Doug Safreno, and co-founding CTO, Vivek Nair + 1 technical screen, typically conducted by the hiring manager
- Finally, we conduct a "work trial" - where we pay you to work with us for a few (typically 3-5) days.
ποΈ Product Designer #1 (remote, US)
β What we're looking for
- Minimum 2, ideally at least 4 or more years of product design experience
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills. Strong ability to express ideas through wireframing and high fidelity mockups (e.g. on Figma). Ability to balance speed of execution with thoughtfulness.
- Product and design systems thinker who designs with scalability and reusability in mind
- Strong design portfolio
- Remote, based in US timezones
- Collaborator, doesn't take feedback and critique personally

- Be the first design hire! You will craft our product experience and design the future of remote and hybrid work
- Contribute as an individual with potential to grow the design discipline at the company over time
- Balance high execution speed with thoughtful crafting of our design systems
- Significantly impact our brand strategy and identity
