How To Integrate Google and Microsoft Calendars With Pesto

With Pesto's multi-calendar integration, you can easily let your team know when you're busy with meetings or personal appointments while maintaining your personal privacy.

That's right, you can integrate multiple calendars to your Pesto account! The calendar integration will automatically show that you're busy on Pesto so your teammates know you can't talk at the moment. This means you don't have to set a separate status or give people a heads up every time you're in a meeting.

This is how your avatar will appear when you're in a meeting

A lot of people use their calendars as a social signal to their teammates so that they can focus on the task at hand without interruption. Check out this article our founder, Doug, wrote about the different ways Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar can be used as a social signaling tool.

Here's how to do it:

Hover over your avatar and click on settings. Then click on Customizations (Integrations) and choose which type of calendar you'd like to integrate.

You can add multiple calendars and if you don't want people snooping, you can set your personal calendar to private. It's easy to do!

You can do the same for Microsoft Calendars as well! Just follow the same steps.

At Pesto, we're constantly working to help our users improve productivity while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Let us know if you have any other suggestions or features you'd like to see!
